Optysys Cloud
Images are stored in the Optysys Cloud with automatic team-scoped access policies. Secure, scalable, and accessible from any device.
Project-Based Organization
Files are organized by team and project with unique filenames. Images and annotation data are linked through the database.
Image + Database Records
Each inspection saves the image to storage and creates individual database records for every annotation with full metadata.
Flexible Image Formats
Save in JPG, PNG, or BMP. Format and quality are configurable per installation. Automatic MIME type handling.
Row-Level Security
All storage access is protected by server-side security policies. Team members can only access files within their teams.
Dashboard Access
Browse, view, and comment on annotations directly from the Optysys Dashboard. No desktop app required for reviewing inspection data.

Structured metadata for every upload

Every image upload stores camera settings, GRBL position, and annotation data alongside the image. Annotations are individually queryable database records with geometry, style, and label information. This structured data enables filtering, reporting, and compliance across the dashboard.
